When operating at capacity, Valentine will be the largest gold mine in Atlantic Canada and a significant economic driver for the province.<\/p><p class=\"fndry-paragraph\">The project spans a 32-km mineralized trend with multiple deposits and strong exploration upside. A December 2022 Feasibility Study outlined an open-pit mining and conventional milling operation with an initial 14-year mine life and average annual gold production of 175,000 to 200,000 ounces for the first 12 years.<\/p><\/div>\n<\/div><div class=\"fndry-row fndry-row--gutter\">\n\t<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div  class=\"fndry-container fndry-responsive-bg fndry-pt--0 fndry-pr--md-3 fndry-pl--md-3\">\n\t<div class=\"fndry-row fndry-row--gutter fndry-justify--start\">\n\t<div  class=\"fndry-col fndry-responsive-bg fndry-col--12 fndry-col--md-10 fndry-col--sm-12 fndry-pb--4 fndry-pr--sm-2 fndry-pl--sm-2\">\n\t<h2 class=\"fndry-heading\"><strong>Ramp-up Progressing Well<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"fndry-paragraph\">Valentine started processing ore in August 2025, poured first gold in September and achieved commercial production in November 2025. Throughput in Q4 2025 averaged 90% of nameplate capacity, with more than 47% of days operating above nameplate of 6,850 tpd.<\/p><p class=\"fndry-paragraph\">The mine poured 23,816 ounces of gold in 2025 and is expected to produce 150,000 to 200,000 ounces of gold in 2026. In addition, Equinox Gold is advancing a Phase 2 expansion at Valentine to increase throughput from 2.5 million to more than 4.5 million tonnes per year. The proposed expansion is expected to increase annual production by approximately 25% to 225,000 to 250,000 ounces per year, and is described in more detail in <em>Growth
